Deposit and cancellation policy
Deposit: Payment of 20% of the total stay price.
Minimum stay of 5 nights in high season and 3 nights in low season.
Cancellation more than 30 days before arrival: refund of the entire deposit.
Cancellation less than 30 days before arrival: report of the deposit on a future stay.
For any shortened stay or delayed arrival reported less than a week before the arrival date, the deposit is fully vested and night is due.
Covid-19
For any unforeseen event linked to the COVID 19 health crisis and on presentation of valid proof, WILLISARIVER will cancel your reservation and offer you a postponement to another period or a refund of the sums involved.
Information
The villas are available from 4:00pm on day of arrival and must be vacated until 12:00pm the day of departure.
Pets are not allowed.
